Bitacora Photo Concierge is committed to providing high-quality, personalized services. Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
By purchasing or booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Customized Services Policy
All services provided by Bitacora Photo Concierge are custom-made and tailored to each client’s unique materials and project requirements. For this reason, completed work is non-refundable.

2. Deposits

Deposits are required to secure project scheduling and begin work.

Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.

If a client cancels before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparation fees.

3. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

4. Digital Deliverables and Downloads
Once digital files, restored images, or final album designs have been delivered or downloaded, they are considered final and non-refundable.

5. Printing and Physical Products
If physical products such as printed albums or photo books are included:

Printing and production costs are non-refundable once production has started.

Bitacora Photo Concierge is not responsible for defects caused by third-party printing providers, but we will assist in coordinating reasonable solutions when possible.

6. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases of service failure directly caused by Bitacora Photo Concierge, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
